Ferienhaus Rieder is an ideal starting point for hikes, ski tours, cycle tours - or for just relaxing and re-energising. The ski area is near by. Guests staying in Ferienhaus Rieder receive a 15% discount on ski hire in Sportshop Rieder (in Hotel Sonneck in Königsleiten) – where you also have the option to purchase ski passes.

Withdrawal from contract by you:
In the event of withdrawal or rebooking after taking out a travel contract before you are due to arrive, the landlord is entitled to charge the following percentage-based cancellation fees:
Up to 60 days before start of travel - 10 %
Up to 29 days before start of travel - 50 %
Up to 19 days before start of travel - 80 %
In the event of cancellation from 18 days before the start of travel, or in the event of no-show the full amount will be due. This will be the day on which the cancellation is received at the booking point.
