Between 3:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The keys to your apartment are in a locker; we will inform you where to find them.

Departure:
By 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

Local tax: € 2.90 per person/day from 15 years of age
Mobility tax: € 0.50 per person/day from 15 years of age
Service charge: € 2.95 per person/day (electricity, water, etc.)
Deposit for Tauernblick apartment: € 375
Deposit for Am Bach apartment: € 455
The deposit will be refunded after departure if the apartment is left in a tidy condition and swept clean.

Terms of payment:
Deposit: 50% of the rental price upon booking
Remaining payment: 3 weeks before arrival

Pets:
€ 25 per pet/per night (without food)

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation by the guest:
In the event of cancellation or rebooking after conclusion of the travel contract before the start of the trip, the landlord is entitled to charge the following percentage cancellation fees:

• up to 60 days before the start of the trip – 10%
• up to 29 days before the start of the trip – 50%
• up to 19 days before the start of the trip – 80%

For cancellations 18 days or less before the start of the trip or in case of no-show, the entire rental amount remains due.
The date of receipt of the cancellation by the booking office is decisive.
