We ask that you let us know all reservation information before your arrival - this will allow a speedy check-in.
In addition to this, we ask that you settle any payments - as stated in the booking confirmation - before your holiday. By doing this, queuing and congestion at the reception desk can be avoided.
Our cleaning ladies pay very close attention to the cleanliness of our hotel. The surfaces will be treated with suitable disinfectant products. Critical points such as door handles, handrails, lifts etc. will be disinfected multiple times a day.
Our laundry will be washed at a minimum temperature of 60°C using disinfectant agents.
If the federal government classifies our area as a high-risk area and a lockdown is imminent, all guests must discontinue their holiday from the specified date.?For the unused holiday days, you will of course receive your money back.
Should yourself or a fellow traveller become ill from coronavirus, our usual cancellation conditions will apply. For this, you must turn to your travel insurance. This will take care of the cancellation costs.
Should this be the case, you will have to quarantine after your return home.
