We ask that you let us know all reservation information before your arrival - this will allow a speedy check-in.

In addition to this, we ask that you settle any payments - as stated in the booking confirmation - before your holiday. By doing this, queuing and congestion at the reception desk can be avoided.


Cleanliness and disinfection?

Our cleaning ladies pay very close attention to the cleanliness of our hotel. The surfaces will be treated with suitable disinfectant products. Critical points such as door handles, handrails, lifts etc. will be disinfected multiple times a day.


Will the laundry be disinfected?

Our laundry will be washed at a minimum temperature of 60°C using disinfectant agents.

What happens if a corona outbreak occurs again during my stay and a regional lockdown is imminent?

If the federal government classifies our area as a high-risk area and a lockdown is imminent, all guests must discontinue their holiday from the specified date.?For the unused holiday days, you will of course receive your money back.


What happens if myself or a fellow traveller test positive for coronavirus before arrival?

Should yourself or a fellow traveller become ill from coronavirus, our usual cancellation conditions will apply. For this, you must turn to your travel insurance. This will take care of the cancellation costs.


What happens when WE are no longer a risk area, but YOUR home country is classified as such to us?

Should this be the case, you will have to quarantine after your return home.


What happens if you NOTICE symptoms of a corona infection on holiday?

If this occurs, we ask that your call the emergency number 1450 immediately. In this case you should no longer leave your apartment, A corona test, which provides clarity about a possible infection, will be carried out.


In the event of an infection on holiday, what do I have to consider?

You will be put into quarantine for 14 days and should let the authorities know about your whereabouts during the holiday. An investigation can then be carried out, to see whether other holiday makers are also affected.


What happens if coronavirus occurs in our region again?

Should there by an increase in corona infections in our region, the government will be quick to react. As soon as a new lockdown in the ski area and the region takes place, all bookings will be cancelled and the amount already paid minus a processing fee of € 50.00 will be returned to guests.

  • Keep your distance!
    That means: A minimum distance of 2 metres should be kept from people who do not live in the same household!
  • Hands should be washed with soap and water for at least 30 seconds multiple times a day!
  • Act responsibly!
  • Observe the obligation to wear a mask!
  • Sneezing or coughing - into the elbow or into a tissue!
  • Refrain from shaking hands and hugging!
  • Please do not leave your used protective mask or handkerchiefs behind anywhere but dispose of them correctly in a rubbish bin!
